Working Systems provided consultancy services to the Office
of Aboriginal Health, which was investigating requirements
for an integrated system to progress the Coordinated Care
Trials which were planned to run within Aboriginal Controlled
Community Health Organisations (ACCHO's) around WA.
The system scope involved a Care Trial Client System, a Funds
Holding System, links to finance/payroll systems as well as
extensive reporting capabilities.
The Working Systems consultant worked with key stakeholders
in the Office of Aboriginal Health and in the ACCHO's and through
involvement in workshops around regional areas of WA, the system
requirements were established and documented.
Working Systems later provided additional consultancy services
in the development of a formal Request for Tender document
for the provision of information systems for the Western Australian
Aboriginal Coordinated Care Trial.
Metropolitan Cemeteries Board - Consulting
Professional Services has supplied IT Management services
to the Board from 1998. The consultant is employed on a part
time contract basis to provide all IT management for the
MCB, including Strategic Planning, Budgeting, Project Management
and supervision of a System Administrator, and has worked
on numerous initiatives over the years.
